I require 50% of the total estimated cost, and 100% of all third-party expenses (hosting, domain name, stock photos, etc), before the start of project.
Remaining balance is invoiced at completion of the outlined project. Balance must then be settled within a week. Late payment has a penalty of $25/week.
I invoice my clients using PayPal. See methods of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to complete payment - just an email address. I also accept Money Order. But I cannot receive cash or checks.
